..Sorry for the troubles and mistakes that were done by my involuntary actions...

'A New Day And A New Event'....Hmmmm...

What can I tell about what happened on Tuesday, 9th June......

I think I will summarize a little bit about my progress in Miss Dila's class,

That Is....

The ENGLISH class !!

The 'New Day' started with A simply good breakfast that is :

1. A cup of Cereal drink

2. A slice of peanut Bread.

And of course, Before that, I pray For Subuh around 6.15am ....

Due to my carelessness, I don't manage to pray with others at 'SURAU'.

P\S : I think the word 'SURAU' is an understandable sentece. If you don't comprehend, please email me OR others that know the exact

meaning of it.

But, I'm feeling Gratefull that I can still catcth the Subuh's Period on time..

Later, when all the equipments are all set, I went to the INTEC just for my ENGLISH class !!

(True OR False, Just believe it)

If I'm not mistaken, The class started at 8 am sharp....

Today, Miss Dila Present in the MEG4 class...

The truth is, even I experienced the TREMOR

when she showed up ..

That Day, we learnt about Chapter 2 And Chapter 3 or

you could just said Lessons 2 and 3. We were exposed in details on

how to use the medical words in preparing the medical report to the perfectness...

For myself, I Learnt some abbreviations and some new words

that's frequently used in medical World.

Getting some new things really triggered my inner feelings and thus

established an enthusiastic in continuing my studies

in medicine..

To tell the truth,Miss Dila classes (until now) really

affect my spiritual soul to evolve and resulted in one level higher..

Everything seems to be vivid now,

Why I should move forward and

Why I should attend the classes

from time to time..

The time passed with no obstacles...

with the silience and tiredness on everyones' faces...

Deep inside mySelf,

Exist some words : What's wrong with everyone Today ???

Hmmmm.........I wonder.....

And then the Answer revealed,

Most of them hadn't taken their Breakfast yet!!

The class finally comes to the end,

And Also with some words from Miss Dila...

"Don't Forget Your Breakfast"..

Seriously...I think I'm the only one

who took the Breakfast on that Day.

.............hahaha.......

Oh.....

I'm getting late for the O-Group for the assigment

that was Given by Uztzh Fatahiyah.....

but, don't worry...

MORE & MORE PRESENTATIONS!!!

Hi again....Guess already know what I'm gonna write this time...

Yes, it's about the disease assignment..

What we have today are

1. Asthma by Nadzirah (if I'm not mistaken),
2. Meningitis by Nizam (we called him TOSHIBA),
3. Metachromatic Leukodystrophy (MLD) by Akma (I guess..),
4. And lastly Dyslexia by Asyraff (THE PROF. for your information)

Starting with Asthma disease, I really want to know

more about the disease due to some of my fellows

sustaining it...

But don't worry, they all just have a mild Asthma

& 99.9% healthy..

Now let's go to TOSHIBA's topic, Meningitis..

I learnt that it's all about inflammation

to the brain by certain bacteria..

And it can be spread during birth, stool,

coughing & sneezing and also sexual intect..

Enough with Nizam, I'll will now move to MLD.

Actually, I don't quite understand about this disease,

but I know what cause this MLD to happen..

It's one of the disease which is caused by inheritage disorder,

same as Hemophilia but this MLD affect the myelin sheath.

Okayy...

Now let's complaint about The Prof...

The topic is Dyslexia,

a disease where ones cannot read @ write effectively.

And as you can predict, the presentation was magnificent!!!

Last but not least,

Come! Come! Disease Assignments!!!

Hi...Long time no see..

I've just get back from the one-week holidays...

Ok! Now let's start.....Yesterday, the MEG 4 had started

the Disease Presentations that begun

at 8.15 am to be correct.

Believed it or not, the time

was consumed by only 4 candidates...

Starting with Maha, Ammar, Noni & lastly Afif..

The last was also considered as the longest presentation.

We were exposed to Hepatitis C, the Leptospirosis,

Spirocerebular Ataxia (SCA) and also Colon Cancer.

These were the diseases that served in front of

our eyes for about 110 minutes in the class...

However, the time for my presentation would

appear someday and I'll be prepared for it.

The Assignment Variation....

Hi....

I have nothing to say right now, but it

seems that the 'aura' was quite different

in Miss Dila's class.

That day was my very first time

for coming to the class late, .....

About 10 minutes, I guessed.

It couldn't be helped, though. So, I just

agreed with the others that we're

having the breakfast and it caused the lateness.

Well, I guessed that day I'm having a bad luck.

Here, we were given some tips or you could

just say comments from Miss Dila about

the Disease Assignment!!

Somehow, we didn't open the book like usual.

Miss Dila only wanted us to think about

the uncomplete essays................

For my case, I already finished 3/4 of the

assignment before that day, so I just

continued to work on the job until

the 2 hours passed.

And I was wondering whether I could

finish it on time, by next week......

But have no worries, I'll struggle to the best...

Morning!!

(Well, it's seems I post the post late again)

I'm sorry, it's just hard for me to edit

the blog due to some of the

defect in my schedule...

But, I will try my best to overcome this

problem afterwards....

Based on the date I post this writings,

I have just finished the KBN programme

at 12.30 pm sharp on Friday, 17 July 2009.

And thank GOD, I'm able to survived from the

'fatal' events provided.

Now back to my English Class...

As I could remember, we have just finished the

role play presentations in the last two weeks....

So, of course we came back to the default schedule.

Now, let's begin,

on 10th July 2009, we conquered the lesson 6

in Unit 3- Breaking the bad news

which also was the last lesson in unit 3.

Again, we learnt about the passive statements

and how we can recognise the passive voices.

It helps us in recalling the last

topics discussions.

We learnt about the Stiff Person Syndrome

and I found that this disease was really special

and I'm glad to know about it at least!!

And soon after that, we learnt how to

differentiate the direct and indirect statements

by solving the exercises provided.

And just like that, the 2 hours vanished in

the learning environment.

What make the class obtain the best environment is due to

the commitment given by all of the students in MEG 4.

Learn from the others to make ourselves

good and valuable people

in order to face the world's future.

And I think I should stop now

because I'm heading to a new event later......

Hemorrhoids !! Relax, It's Just A Role Play

Guess what I have today!!

Abul's Role Play.....

First, he came late and

Miss Dila punished him by deducting some marks.

(...perhaps.. )

And then try to guess.....

He was given bonus marks for sick-face!!

What's that supposed to mean??

It's mean no marks deducted...

But, the class sure enjoy the show ( Abul X Asyraf ).

Yeah, they're quite good..Impressive !!

And I admit, they are better than my own Role Play..

But, seriously!! Even the 'forbidden act' was shown..

Everyone was laughing without hesitation.

Of course, we all should be natural and steady about this matter...

And don't worry, we can do it !!

Such a good performances shown by my friends in

MEG 4

eventhough I laughed at their actions..."Sorry"

And also for Miss Dila,we hoped you

can be healthy again.....( we'll pray for your healthy)....

English Class REVIVED !! STEVEN & PATRICK Come To the Class??

Greetings....

The Class Revived! Sharp at 10 am in the morning
with the present of Miss Dila, our English Lecturer..
REVIVED!! What's that supposed to mean???

Yeah, something like that.
Actually, the class had been cancel on the last Tuesday
for Miss Dila facing some problems....(maybe..)

Okey then, just now, I want to state that I have done & finished
the 'ROLE PLAY'....
Maybe some of you keep wondering
what is the role play
is all about???
Well, nothing special. ( I guess )
It's just like acting in front of everyone..
The main characters are the doctor & the patient...

Ehem...
As the medical students, this action is compulsory !!
And of course, some of us are enjoying with this role play stuff...
Until Now....
*sigh*
Luckily, my turn has past about 7 hours ago.

Hahaha......
You know, I became the patient just now in the action
And my name is Steven Johnson, BUT he was a MUSLIM...
Seriously speaking!
And guess what, the doctor just plainly
wore the 'ketayap' ! Furthermore, his name
is Doc. Patrick Star !!

Hahahahahahaha.............
we are 'in air' about 13 minutes (I hoped that's enough),
acting without using the script 100%.
And the result is SPONTANEOUS !!

I don't what Miss DIla wrote in the marking paper...
But, we statisfied enough because
we have put our best feet forward
in the Role Play.....

And not to be forgotten,
to the audiences (MEG 4 Candidates),

Today I will describe a little bit about

MY English class....

Seriously, why do I have to write about this thing??

It's because I have set it in my minds....

(...It's my responsibility as the student...)

Enough of the dilly-dally,

I will now expose what I have learnt in Miss Dila's Class.

What do you know,

it's time for the lessons 4 & 5 !!

Referral letter??? Yeah, we learnt about that just now.

But what I want to tell you guys about is about

'The Passive & Active voices'

Let me explain about it a bit...

Hmmmmm...(recalling).....

Okey, let's see....

It's something like this :

• Passive = subject + vtb + PPT Ex: The patient was instructed by the Doc.
• Active = subject + vtb + Object Ex: Ali ate the red apple.

keywords :

vtb = Verb to be

PPT = Past Participle

..Comprehend???..
I think you were already understand..
Talk about genius...

We weren't just learnt about that you know.

There's something else...

Hmmm.......Let's see....

Might be ?? Could be ?? It's just a speculation!!

And that's what I learnt in the class this morning.

Pretty cool huh...

And very special too...

Wait The Minute, UNIT 3 Already!! (22.06.09)

Hmmmm.....

Seriously, that was fast!!

It's happened just in the blink of the eyes.

Today, we learn about breaking something...

Guess what..

The title for UNIT 3 is ' breaking bad news'.

Yeah, I realised something from this lesson..

That is, sometimes we will sustain pain,agony,excruciating and etc.

sourced from the physical or the mental...

Thus, we have to be well prepared for that.....

And also, even my little sister will confuse

to determine the tones of 'confirmation' & 'question'

due to the sounds seem to be identical....

But, Thank You to Our Teacher(MIss Dila),

I think I can differentiate between them.

Not much I can say about the class progress....

Again, I went to INTEC

for the Miss Dila 's Class....

Of course,

to tell the truth...

It's reminded me to the past...

About my English Tutors...

Enough already,

let's go to the class...MEG 4,

my class.

Today, we learnt Arabic for the 1 st phase

& don't worry, I will not narrate

about the Arabic Class..

We will go straight to Miss Dila's Class......

Okey....

We discuss the Lessons 4, 5 and 6 in UNIT 2....
Seriously, 3 lessons straight...

Miss Dila said that she wanted to finish the

lessons immediately for some reasons...

WE, of course..

practise how to ask the patients

while referring to the book from time to time..

WE learnt how to make diagnosis for some patients

according to the specified symptoms & Signs...

"We need to take a sample"?????

that's the title of Lesson 5....

Nothing special, so let's proceed to the next lesson...

Meningitis...

That's what we learnt in Lesson 6...

We were informed about

the pneumococcus, meningococcus, haemophilus bacteria

AND the effective used of the STEROIDS.....

I think I have to retreat for now...

WHAT !!! Allergic In Miss Dila's Class !!!!!!!!! (16.06.09)(Tue)

Greetings.....

Today is another brightful day 
where my life as the student
at INTEC continues.....

So..
Let's go to the class...
Miss Dila's English class...

For today, I am feeling
a little bit tired
due to the assault
of new assignments....
So, I will just go through it fast...

The morning study begin with 
Miss Dila's class, 
And of course, the English Class...
Sitting in air-conditioned room 
really affect my cold receptors
And also make me feel a little 
drowsy while in the class....

But, don't worry...
I'm full awake with the studies
of UNIT 2 entitled :
"Working Under Pressure"....
Sweet Huh...
Even I'm under pressured right now.

Most of the progressed involving 
the hearing ability where we 
were served by some voices....
And I learnt something from the lessons,
that's....
we should be well organized 
And systematic either in studying
or researching deeply into the assignments requirements...

From the lesson also, I get the idea how to
write a 'good' notes (refering to page 20) about 
the patient's chief complaints and problems....

And I do learnt about 'Analphylactic shock'
& 'Scombroid Toxicity' where it's 
quitely related to allergic problems...

Let me explain abit...

Analphylactic shock:- Cause by allergens like drugs(penicillin),
intravenous radiocontrast media, stings 
and certain types of food (shellfish,peanuts)..

Scombroid Toxicity:
- Cause by eating fish which is not fresh...
eg;dark meat in tuna and mackerel

And as the conclusion....
Be careful not to get the S.T. 
Due to the chance for us 
to get infected is not 0%...

Miss Dila gave us some advices..
If you want to eat Sushi,
do it at the morning to
prevent the 'DARK MEAT' 
And unfresh ingredients...
